Gavin worked on foreign relations by making friends with Bella, an English Bulldog. This may be the best that England and France have ever gotten along.
Like her name implies, Bella was gorgeous! Of course, I have a soft spot for smashed-face, cobby dogs. Gavin was instantly smitten with her as well, he licked her face and wanted to follow her home.
